another knitted tee

when I find a pattern I love I tend to go overboard and make it again, straight away, before I do anything else! So here is my second knitted tee...bendigo cotton, 3.75mm needles for the top and changing to 4.00mm after the sleeves.

happy model

I also tweaked the pattern by CO 86 stitches and when its time for sleeves do 4 x 43 stitches instead of 40 for the smallest size! This is a great fit for miss keira who is a size 3/4 and the colour is perfect! Plus with bendigo's prices being as great as they are you just can't go wrong, can you????

another knitted tee

I also whipped up a quick pink skirt in Far Far Away....we're doing well with stock of everything EXCEPT Princess & the pea blue which is now only available in packs as I'm down to 1metre and also purple unicorn is running a little low!

attitude
STOP PRESS I LOVE THIS PATTERN SO MUCH I'VE GONE AND PAID SOME MONEY TO THE NICE LADY WHO MADE THE PATTERN SO I CAN MAKE IT MYSELF......SO WATCH THIS SPACE, IF YOU DON'T KNIT YOU'LL BE ABLE TO BUY THEM! WOOHOO!

I love the Tee! Is it really that easy? Would you call it a summer knit? Great skirt! Love love love the fabric....think I might just go and iron mine, all I have time for lol xox

it is so light and so easy bianca! If I had 'feelovision' on my blog you would feel how light and silky the bendigo cotton is! and so cheap at $12 for 200g ball of 100% cotton! I have balls and balls of it and love the stuff and I wish I had this pattern when I learnt to knit!

This is so cute! That colour really suits your little girl. I wonder if I can get my mum to knit it up for my girl....

(I have learned to knit so many times over the past decade, and it just isn't happening for me!)

Gorgeous top, I love the one in red too (or 'inferno'!). If you are on a good thing, keep with it I say. I recently made up a pair of bloomers for my baby, then whipped up another 3-4 over the next days as I loved them so much and they were so easy! Cute skirt too.

I love these tops, just gorgeous! I am tempted to get this pattern, I am usually such a slow knitter though. The skirt is adorable too as is miss K, when did she get so grown up?

Oh Keira looks so pretty in the pink top. It turned out so nicely and matches well with the adorable skirt. I love the Bendigo cotton too, although my partner says I will never knit through my stash in my lifetime, might have to leave it to future grandkids who knit, lol!

Beautiful! I am waiting for my cotton to arrive on my door step and hoping to have one of these done by monday :) Thanks so much for sharing.

Quick question- How much yarn does it take roughly?

This top is so lovely! Will have to show my Mum (the avid knitter in our family) when she visits next! She did teach me, but I am afraid that the knitting gene passed me by! My nieces, however, can knit up a storm!
Is that your daughter in the pictures? She's just beautiful!
