and I whipped up these skirts last week as the unicorn fabric was calling out to me to be used. To make a skirt to fit a 2-3 year old I used 37cm of fabric cut across the width, side seam on one side, quick elastic waistband, hemmed and voila! Little miss keira wore it to bed and insisted on wearing it to the park the next day....now that is what I call popular!
