Stitches & Craft Show, Melbourne

Well, some of you may have heard the sad news that S&C won't be in Sydney or Canberra this April! But, it's going ahead in Melbourne (5-9 May) and back to Sydney (18-22 August) and I'm sure it will be bigger and better with one show in Sydney and especially with the new venue!!!!!!

now, if you're in Melbourne and are a papercrafter I need you! I'm co-ordinating the papercraft bar for Notebook magazine from my house (thank you laptop for making my life easy, busy, but easy). So, I need helpers for each day and same conditions as here so just email me on corrie_sebire@hotmail.com if you're a keen papercrafter/scrapbooker and know how to use the tools....fingers crossed I might be there on the sunday at the bar!

and the very lovely Angela of S&C needs some helpers too! she needs volunteers for Friday 7th May.....so if you knit or embroider she needs you so email her on enquiries@stitchesandcraft.com.au. If you're a sewer and really want to get involved she needs 2 sewers for the reconstruction zone for the entire show! Wow, 5 days of sewing and no children that sounds like a holiday to me!!!!!

cute embroidery book

and if you live in sydney, fear not! I have some exciting opportunities when S&C comes back to Sydney in August so watch this space!

I hope I can make it to the show too and finally get to meet you Corrie. How wonderful will that be! The last show was fantastic and I got to meet a few bloggers too.

It's funny - I just asked the question about Canberra S&C over at Ravelry - I should have checked my google reader first! I am so disappointed about Canberra.
